Guaranteed Rent
You can have peace of mind knowing that your rent will always be paid promptly, unlike typical tenants who frequently experience payment delays or missed payments. Whether it's for a period of 1, 2 or even 5 years we guarantee timely rent payment. Depending on the agreement we may even offer to pay all of the rent upfront.
Property Maintenance
Our highly trained team of professional cleaners are on-call every day, keeping our fleet of apartments in check. A normal tenant cleans your property once maybe twice in a month whilst we on the other hand ensure your property is cleaned between 8-12 times a month on average, leaving it better then how you originally have given it to us. Additionally, your account manager conducts weekly inspections of each property to assess if any maintenance work is necessary - For minor issues, our team handles them completely FREE of charge.
No Management Fees
We have always maintained a business model where we do not charge landlords for our services. Throughout our agreement, you will receive the full amount of the agreed monthly rent, without any deductions. Furthermore, our services related to maintenance and refurbishment will always be provided free of charge.
